Shipping policy

UK Shipping:
We offer free shipping within the UK. All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail’s Next Day Guaranteed service, with delivery before 1pm. Your item will be fully insured for any loss or damage during transit.

International Shipping:
For international orders, a flat rate of £25 applies. Orders are sent International Tracked and Signed For via Royal Mail and are insured up to £250 for loss or damage in transit. Any value exceeding £250 will not be covered. In the event of loss or damage, you will be refunded up to £250 plus the cost of postage.

Please note: Orders exceeding £250 in value will not be fully covered under this service. If you require full insurance for higher value items, please contact us before purchasing - this can be arranged at a significantly higher cost.

Duties and Taxes - USA Orders
As of August 2025, all orders to the USA are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to comply with new regulations. This means all duties and taxes are paid in advance, and you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

Other International Orders
Customs fees and/or sales tax may still apply in countries outside the UK and USA. Please check your country’s import rules before purchasing, as we are not responsible for any fees incurred.
