Shipping Information
UK Shipping
Postage is free within the UK and orders are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed, with delivery before 1pm. Your item will be fully insured for any loss or damage in transit.
International Shipping
Postage worldwide is charged at a flat rate of £25. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For, with insurance coverage up to £250 for loss or damage during transit.
If your item exceeds this value, any amount over £250 will not be covered. In the event of loss or damage, you will be refunded up to £250 plus the cost of postage. If you would like full insurance for a higher value item, please contact us before purchasing - this can be arranged at a significantly higher cost.
USA Orders – Duties & Taxes
As of August 2025, all orders to the USA are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to comply with new regulations. This means all duties and taxes are paid upfront, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Other International Orders
Customs fees and/or sales tax may still apply in countries outside the UK and USA. Please check your country’s import rules before purchasing, as we are not responsible for any fees incurred.
Returns & Refunds

EU and NI Shipping
Shipping is currently unavailable to anyone with the European Union and Northern Ireland.
As of 13th December 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR) will come into effect in the European Union and Northern Ireland. This regulation introduces new safety obligations for products sold in these regions, and as a small business based in the UK, I am unfortunately unable to meet all of the necessary regulatory and financial requirements at this time.
As a result, I regret to inform you that shipping to the European Union and Northern Ireland will be temporarily unavailable.
I understand this may be disappointing, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. I am actively monitoring the situation and exploring options to return to these markets as soon as I can comply with the new regulations.
