We try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments

Rearranging/cancelling is fine but please give us notice! 

When rearranging your booking fee will be transferred to your new date

Minimum 24 hours notice required to rearrange/cancel

If you no show your appointment you will have to pay the booking fee again before rebooking

OUR POLICIES

Dreadlock Services

Commitment to Dreadlocks:
Dreadlocks are a significant change to your hairstyle. While not permanent, they require a lengthy installation process and can take even longer to remove. Please ensure you’ve done your research and are fully committed to the process before booking an appointment.

Crochet Method Only:
I exclusively use the crochet method to create your Dreadlocks. No wax, chemicals, or other products are used.

Consultation & Aftercare:
During your appointment, I’ll provide detailed advice on washing routines, care recommendations, and maintenance to help you care for your new Dreadlocks properly. An extensive Hair Care Guide is also available to Subscribers.

Self-Maintenance Responsibility:
While I’ll guide you on proper maintenance, I am not responsible for how you care for your dreadlocks after your appointment. You should see a professional for regular maintenance.

Extensions

No Returns on Extensions:
Due to hygiene regulations, extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-refundable Orders:
Once an extension order is placed, it is non-refundable. This is because of the significant cost involved in sourcing and ordering the hair, which cannot be returned.

Turnaround Time:
The estimated turnaround time for extensions is typically 6-8 weeks, depending on current order volume. Please contact me directly for an estimated delivery date.

Faulty Items:
If your extensions are faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will require sufficient evidence of the fault in order to process a refund or replacement.

Colour Matching:
I can assist with colour matching as best as possible, but the final decision on colour choice is yours.

Custom-Dyed Extensions:
I offer custom hand-dyed extensions. However, please note that I am not a professional hairdresser, so I cannot guarantee an exact match to your desired colour.

Refund Policy

Custom Orders Are Final:
Custom orders are final and cannot be refunded due to the high cost of ordering materials.

No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Orders:
For hygiene reasons, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your item is faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. A refund or replacement will be considered once sufficient evidence of the fault is provided.

Premade Extensions & Accessories:
For premade extension sets, jewellery, and hair accessories (excluding custom orders), you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your items. Once the refund request is made, you’ll have an additional 14 days to return the goods. Your refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items.

Booking Fee

Non-refundable Booking Fee:
A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This can be paid via bank transfer or in cash. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day of your visit.

Transferable Booking Fee:
While the booking fee is non-refundable, it is transferable if you need to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice for Cancellations:
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to book a future appointment.

Rescheduling with Notice:
If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your original booking fee will be transferred to the new date.

Payments

Accepted Payment Methods:
I accept payments via cash or bank transfer only. No other payment methods will be accepted for appointments

Appointments

Punctuality:
Appointments will be charged from the scheduled start time, regardless of your arrival time (unless otherwise discussed in advance).

Parking:
You are welcome to park on my driveway during your appointment. However, I am not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or possessions while parked there.

Guests:
Family, friends, and significant others are welcome to accompany you to your appointment, but please note that it can be a long session, so they should be prepared for extended waiting times.

Valuables:

I am not responsible for any personal valuables or possessions you bring to your appointment.
