Refund policy
(1) Custom Orders:
Custom orders are final due to the significant cost associated with sourcing and altering materials. This includes all items made with human or synthetic hair that are customised specifically for you. As such, these orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
(2) Faulty Items:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund. We may ask for supporting evidence (such as photos) to confirm the issue. Once verified, we will process your refund promptly.
(3) Premade Items (Extensions, Jewellery, & Accessories):
If you are not fully satisfied with your non-custom item (such as premade hair extensions, jewellery, or accessories), you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us in its original, unused condition. Upon receipt of the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
