So good at communicating with me - and absolutely the bestest at making dreads - my dreads are the most amazing match and the decorations she has added are so personal - the most amazing talent you have! Let me just say it was a journey in itself waiting for these! With everything going on overseas the royal mail lost my first set, but Rachel was promt at making a new set and getting them sent out quickly! She truly was the best at keeping me informed with all updates through this process. I cannot wait to have these installed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high quality dreads!

I love love love them!!! She was amazing she saw my post on fb and immediately was willing to help! I had been having issues with people telling me it was HH and it wasn't. She was honest and showed me the hair to make sure it was what I wanted. I needed by a certain date and she reassured me they would be there in time. I would deff buy from her again!!! Thank you
