PRICING

DREADLOCKS
(1) Dreadlocks although not completely permanent, are a huge hairstyle change. They are a timely process to put in and even longer to remove. Please make sure you have read lots of information and are sure of your decision before booking

(2) We use the crochet method only. No wax, chemicals or products will be used

(3) During/before your appointment we will discuss washing, care recommendations and maintenance

(4) I am not responsible for what you do to your Dreadlocks in your own time

EXTENSIONS

(1) Extensions cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons 

(2) Once your order is placed this is non refundable due to large cost of ordering hair and it cannot be returned 

(3) Turn around time depends on how many orders I currently have but it is usually 6-8 weeks 

(4)  If your item is faulty please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order 

(5) I can advise you with colour match as much as possible but ultimately it is your choice 

(6) I can custom hand dye the extensions for you, however I am not a hairdresser so am not responsible if the colour is not exact

REFUND POLICY

(1) Any custom orders placed are final. Due to the large cost of ordering materials. 

(2) No returns or exchanges are possible on custom orders due to hygiene reasons, however if your item is faulty please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Sufficient evidence will need to be provided that the item is faulty. 

(3) Premade extension sets,  jewellery and hair accessories (not custom orders) can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods. You have another 14 days to return the goods once this request has been made. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your goods back.

BOOKING FEE

(1) All appointments are required to make a £10 non refundable booking fee using bank transfer (or cash in person). This will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day 

(2) The booking fee is non refundable, but it is transferable if a client needs to reschedule

CANCELLATIONS

(1) AT LEAST 24 hours notice is required to cancel 

(2) If you do not give 24 hours notice before cancelling a booking fee will be required again to get an appointment 

(3) If appointment is rearranged (with over 24 hours notice) the booking fee will be transferred to your new date

PAYMENTS 

Cash or bank transfer are only method of payment for appointments

APPOINTMENTS

(1) All clients will be charged from the start time of their appointment regardless of whether they are on time or not

(unless discussed prior) 

(2) You may park on my driveway, however I am not responsible for your vehicle or any possessions while you are parked there 

(3) Family, friends, significant others etc. are all welcome as company to your appointments but please remember it can be a long day for them to wait

(4) I am not responsible for any of your valuables or possessions during your appointment
